I’ve been frustrated looking around and seeing how overwhelming it can be for us women to make sense of healthy skin care and makeup options, purchasing products that promise to deliver, yet don’t, and most of all, just really feeling like you can’t afford to even have the makeup and skin care products you’d like, because they can be so expensive.

Marketing in the beauty industry targets us in such a way that we feel like we need “all the things” in order to have great skin. I have struggled with this myself, but have found that it really doesn’t have to be that complicated and overwhelming…..so I started by creating a few of my own simple products that I have been selling for two years now.

But I want to take it further…..I just haven’t found the resources for an ordinary, hard working mama/wife/woman, that desires to be beautiful not only on the outside…..but focusing on that inner beauty as well. – where you can get simple and straightforward help – basically beauty 101.

So I’m going to provide resources to show you how you can create your own skin care and makeup options, tailor them to your own needs, how to use them, and not get overwhelmed in the process…..let me explain the what’s, why’s, and how’s…..

Mudcreekmakeup was started for the busy wife, mama, and woman who desires to be beautiful – both inside and out

What it is? A website first born out of a need to have a store page for my customers to be able to see and purchase my products in an easy way. What has God grown it in my heart to be? A place where I can take you by the hand and show you how you can create your own skin care and makeup – and then how to use and apply what you create.

Why? There is such a need to cut through all the info, the confusion, and the overwhelm…..healthy skin care and            makeup doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive – you don’t have to feel embarrassed if you never learned much        about it – I’m a busy wife and mama just like you and I’ll show you how!

Specifically how you ask? I’m going to provide resources – in the form of blog posts, material you can print, and                videos you can watch. I’m going to show you step by step recipes so you can make your own products at home –                  using  many items you already have on hand. I will give you the foundation, so you can confidently tailor your                      skin care to your own needs – no more feeling like you don’t know how or what, or simply can’t afford to take care of          your skin – and the best part? What I have found missing the most in all my internet searching – is combining our                outward beauty search with our inward heart transformation……we are going to focus on how our inner beauty                  radiates from within – how Jesus sees our hearts, how through God’s Word we can nurture our hearts, and how that          makes more of a difference in our outward beauty than any physical change or skin product possibly could!
